The neighborhoods just north, and northeast of downtown Salt Lake City, gain interest from just about everyone that drives/walks through its narrow streets. CHARACTER is the word we're going with today. Having said that, you will have to pay a larger than normal price tag for having a home with character....but that VIEW, come one! Location is a standout for me. You have direct access to the downtown area, which needless to say, has some spectacular dining options, high end shopping, entertainment options in the likes of: Utah Jazz, Broadway shows, the opera, the zoo, University of Utah football, and don't forget, minutes from aesthetically pleasing hikes surrounding you whichever way you face.
