LVPC reports on regional land development proposals
ALLENTOWN, Pa. - The Lehigh Valley Planning Commission received reports on land development activity across the region at its monthly meeting Thursday night. The non-profit organization noted that more than 3,500 new residential development units had been proposed during the first six months of this year. This includes 1,042 single-family detached units, 373 townhouses, nearly 2,000 apartments, 78 twins, and 66 manufactured homes.
