Some of the folks that got here within the last five years, want to turn back the clock on tourism. Personally, I love tourists. They’re on vacation and having a good time. I’d rather have a short term mass in a long-term asshole next to me.

I don't have a dog in this fight. I'm just North BUT fine if you are going to change rules but it shouldn't be retroactive. If I bought a home for vacation rentals when it was allowed amd ok they should be exempt
