Smaller cities and towns are normally the ones that dominate these lists because of the sense of community, safety, and affordability.</p><p>Ohio is one of the states that is known for having some of the oldest towns, cities, bars, and other establishments within the United States. Which can be a draw for some people when they are deciding where they would like to live, but the housing market, job market, safety, and other factors are important as well. Ottawa Hills, Ohio is the only city from the Buckeye state to make this list and did so with impressive statistics.
