Last year, Clarkson invited the ladies of Unshattered from Wappingers Falls to take part in a segment called Rad Humans.</p><p>Founder and CEO Kelly Lyndgaard joined Kelly and shared the importance of Unshattered. At the Wappingers Falls New York organization, women overcoming addiction and trauma are given the opportunity to work full-time during their recovery journey.</p><p>These women have the option to work for however long they please.
