NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Two people were injured and one man killed after a gunman fired shots in Queens early Sunday morning, and police are searching for a suspect.

It happened at 132-45 220th St. in Laurelton, near 133rd Avenue, at about 1 a.m.

A 33-year-old man was shot in the torso and a 24-year-old man was shot in the neck, police said. Both were taken to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, the older man in stable condition and the younger man in critical condition.

A third victim, also a 24-year-old man, was shot in the torso. He was rushed to North Shore University Hospital on Long Island in stable condition.

The 24-year-old man later died from his injuries.

Sources told 1010 WINS that one of the victims is a DJ who was hired to provide entertainment at a house party nearby. He told police that he was loading his equipment into his car when the shots rung out.

Citizen App footage from Sunday morning shows a heavy police presence as investigators began the manhunt for the shooter.

It is not yet clear what the motive of the shooting was, and no description of a suspect or suspects is available, police said.

There have been no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
