NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police release surveillance footage of a man sought for attacking an MTA driver parked on a Bronx street on Tuesday.

At approximately 11:20 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 17, a 34-year-old on-duty MTA bus driver was parked at East 226th Street and White Plains Road in Olinville, when she was approached by the suspect.

The suspect then entered the bus, grabbed the victim and repeatedly hit her head against the bus partition, officials said.

The suspect then fled the location on foot, traveling westbound on East 226th Street.

The victim sustained minor injuries and was transported by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi in stable condition.
