    Bag containing $40K stolen at gunpoint in Queens shopping mall

    NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police released a photo of a pair of armed suspects they are looking to identify who are accused of robbing two victims of a bag containing thousands of dollars inside a Queens mall last month.

    At approximately 21:15 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 18, two suspects entered the Tangram Mall located at 133-33 39th Ave. in Downtown Flushing and displayed a firearm at a 21-year-old man and a 23-year-old man, authorities said.

    According to officials, the men stole a bag from the victims containing approximately $40,000.

    There were no reported injuries as a result of this incident.

    Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).

    Are there stories real. 40k walking around queens mall??? The person was gonna buy a ew wardrobe out of what macys? Nothing in that mall…. But I hear you. 40$ 400$. Cool but 40k. Bye.
