The gunman—clad in a dark hoodie and gray sweats—fled in a Nissan sedan that was last seen headed northbound on Rockaway Parkway, police said.

Citizen App video shows police tape cordoning off the parking lot of the strip mall as police investigated into the morning.

    No arrests have been reported.
