Nebraska since taking over Omahas teachers pension fund f$950,000,000.00 forcing every citizen in the state to pay for Omahas mess the created, the state needs to send that debt back to Omaha! Cut the huge pay salaries of these state employees, how about the lake Nebraska wants to build between Omaha and Lincoln, is that still in the works? The list goes on. $227,000,000.00 from the budget is nothing. Huge layoffs starting at the top, bigger unpack on money savings and less impact on jobs. So start FIRING people!
