It's hard to go wrong with a juicy, steak dinner paired with a side of mashed potatoes, vegetables, and garnishes that excite your taste buds, especially when the temperature at which your steak is cooked is exactly to your liking every time.

That is the kind of service you can expect, and then some, from the best steakhouse in all of Pennsylvania.

While there are many steakhouses scattered throughout the state, only one is known far and wide as the best around. Be it extremely high standards, exceptional service, or simply, a good steak, something about this standout establishment sets it apart from the rest.

According to a list compiled by Taste of Home , the absolute best steakhouse in Pennsylvania is the Butcher and Singer located in Philadelphia . This location was praised for their quality ingredients and perfectly-paired sides among other desirable qualities.

Here's what Taste of Home had to say about the best steakhouse in the entire state:

"You’ll feel like a celebrity entering Butcher and Singer in Philadelphia. This Center City hangout is inspired by 1940s Hollywood and serves up steaks, seafood and sips inspired by this golden era. The standout on the menu is the 50-ounce Tomahawk steak, but you can opt for smaller cuts. Then you’ll have some room for the restaurant’s signature chocolate cake or baked Alaska."

Do these surveys ever go outside of Philly or Pittsburgh to find a " best in Pennsylvania " candidate? They don't know what they are missing.
