Caddo deputies went to Interstate 49 and spotted a vehicle that matched the description of the suspect’s vehicle. Deputy Michael Rocco was able to pull over the vehicle on Interstate 49 at LA Hwy 169 and conducted a traffic stop on the possible suspect vehicle. <figure class="content-post-image alignnone" id="attachment_408444"><img src="https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?type=thumbnail_580x000&amp;url=4LR89X_0w64gHUU00" alt="https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?url=4LR89X_0w64gHUU00" width="630" height="420" ><figcaption>(Photo by Joe Raedle/Getty Images) </figcaption></figure> Deputy Rocco apprehended the suspect, Carlos Jose Hernandez, 37 , without incident and transported him to the Caddo Correction Center.
