A now infamous former Upstate cheerleading organization has settled in lawsuits with alleged victims. Rockstar Cheer and multiple other affiliated organizations reached settlements with 100 plaintiffs on Tuesday.

The case was scheduled to go to trial later this year, if no agreement was reached. The suit accuses Rockstar Founder Scott Foster of sexual misconduct with minors. It also claims Foster provided drugs and alcohol to minors while subjecting them to sex abuse.

Foster took his own life in 2022 while he was under criminal investigation for the allegations.

No information was given on the specific details of the settlements.
