Job and Resource Fair

Need help finding a job or ready to change careers? The Dream Center in Easley is hosting a job and resource fair Monday, May 20 from 10a-12p.

Both employers and The SC Works Career Coach mobile unit will be on site, for those who need assistance with resume writing. The unit is equipped with 10 work stations, each with a computer and printer.

The Dream Center, a faith-based non-profit organization that believes in a hand UP instead of a hand out, is located at 111 Hillcrest Drive in Easley. According to their website, "The Dream Center offers emergency assistance to those in crisis, but the primary focus is to encourage, educate, and empower people with a hand up instead of a hand out."

The Dream Center offers programs to empower and equip, but most importantly, "to show people that they are loved and valued as Christ loves us. We believe every person was created on purpose and for a purpose."
