Recently a power provider in the Upstate has added higher rates for certain parts of the day. Blue Ridge Electric recently started enforcing peak usage rates in the late afternoon hours. Should power companies be able to charge increased fees for usage in peak hours? That's the subject of today's daily poll. Cast your vote below.
