More details released following fatal weekend shooting

More details have been released after an Upstate weekend shooting left one teen dead and another injured. As we previously reported, the Greenville Police Department responded just before 1030 PM, Saturday evening.

When officers arrived they found two teenagers with gunshot wounds. One of them died at the hospital, Sunday morning. He's been identified as 17 year old, Andre Udonus Nicholson. A 16 year old was also hospitalized following the incident.

18 year old, Corey Russ was arrested at the scene. He's been arrested and faces murder, armed robbery, conspiracy and drug charges.

Investigators say Nicholson was one of the three people who tried to steal a rifle from the 16 year old which led to the shooting.
