One dead and another injured after Upstate weekend shooting

One person is dead and another is injured after a shooting in the Upstate, Sunday morning. The Greenville County Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting on Geer Highway in the Cleveland Community just before 3AM. Upon arrival, deputies located two men suffering from gunshot wounds.

One of the victims died and the other was transported to the hospital. The Greenville County Coroner’s Office identified the man that died as 21-year-old Kaylon Reid Culbertson of Greenville.

The Sheriff's Office says a person of interest was being questioned, but no one has been charged, as of the time of this report.
