The <a href="https://krocnews.com/tags/minnesota-state-patrol" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"> State Patrol </a> responded to the crash shortly before 2:00 Monday afternoon. </p><p> A minivan was heading east on the interstate when the driver lost control of the vehicle about three miles west of the Rushford exit.
