need to worry about the guns on the streets also. gun buy backs just give the person money to buy a stronger weapon illegally off the streets. we do need laws for people under certain ages, not allowed to buy certain guns. But it is so much bigger than just guns. guns have always been around and this wasn't happening. I truly believe social media and bullying, lack of parenting, is the main issue for these school shootings. and schools need to deal with bullies correctly!
