PHOENIX — Former President Donald Trump was whisked off the stage at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on Saturday after being injured in an apparent shooting. The former president was just a few minutes into his speech at the rally when loud bangs were heard and Trump appeared to reach up for his right ear before being pulled to the ground, surrounded by Secret Service agents and whisked off the stage.
Suspect who brandished weapon at police shot by officer in Safford
SAFFORD, Ariz. — A suspect is injured after being shot by a Safford police officer, authorities said. Safford police officers responded to the area of Relation Street and U.S. Highway 191 at 9:55 a.m. for a report of a dispute between a man and a woman. The man, later identified as Steven Stone, had a firearm and allegedly displayed the weapon, police said.

Electrical fire forces inmate evacuation from Pima County detention center
PIMA COUNTY, Ariz. — More than 300 inmates were evacuated from a Pima County detention center on Friday evening after an electrical fire, authorities said. An electrical fire started at about 8:24 p.m. on July 12 in the main jail annex of the Pima County Adult Detention Center located on Silverlake Road in Tucson, according to the Pima County Sheriff's Department.
