All the people that work here and don't even live here. won't even spend a dime in this city. No economic growth. Years and years of a declining,dilapidated city. it's a SHAME!!!

This city looks like a dump. period!!! The signs they put up(port arthur) were a waste of money. I have never seen a city fall fast slowly. I'm all for his journeys as long as it's comes out of his pocket. Safe travels, Mayor. Hopefully, when you return, you will be ready to remedy(fix) Port Arthur. A city that looks bad by the sea. hmmm
