So this is how it going to work with Ottawa Impact folks. From the article. “The committee only includes commissioners backed by the controversial group Ottawa Impact, including Chairman Joe Moss, Sylvia Rhodea, Gretchen Cosby, Allison Miedema and Roger Belknap.” They will find out who they owe a favor to whether they are qualified or not. Then because OI has a stranglehold on the Board the will choose said candidate. Then in a few weeks or a month or so when people start realizing they hired an unqualified inept person, the next Board will have to fire that person. Once that is done, then the County will have to pay an approximately $265,000 severance package to rid the county of yet another unqualified hire. This is just John Gibbs all over. ALL of the Ottawa Impact PAC members are pathetic as well as the people who voted them in.
