There we go again. Most drivers out on the roads at that hour are younger drivers, 16-28, drinking and driving recklessly like there's no tomorrow and with no cops around, they drive crazy, putting the rest of us in danger. Nothing's going to change about the stupid drivers on our Virginia roads. We wake up every morning to read about the latest serious, if not fatal, motor vehicle accident. Nothing new.
