Yeah, Real Talk, they all the time act like inmates and convicts have the contraband tip tied up. Shit, they're locked up and can't go anywhere other than the trustees, and they don't go outside like talking about it for real. It had to be a Deputy or something like that and yeah "contractor"references the term meaning that they work in or on the jail just not the security aspects of it. That could be kitchen, canteen, laundry a couple different things where they hire outside people to watch the inmates perform a task. You Feel Me?Now, That's what's up yeah.
