We live in Wayne County, not one County Sheriff, nor our commissioner has been out to our community to check on us. We called in a tree down that took out an electric pole and left wires still attached, in our yard and across the road. Two guys just came out today to see it. I had to approach them and ask when our electric would be on.They are here from Alma helping, they are not linemen, so they said maybe today or tomorrow. This is to much!!! No water either, we are on a community well run by Water management out of Savannah, and we were told after this storm went through on Thursday night/Friday morning, that we have a generator out here. LIED!!! There are some who are going to get an earful come Monday morning. Our city police also don't know how to police intersections that have lights out. We all know that if the lights are out you treat it like a 4 way stop.
