Yarmouth Man Sentenced for Home Invasion and Kidnapping Charges
BARNSTABLE (WBSM) — A Yarmouth man pleaded guilty in Barnstable Superior Court on Thursday for assaulting two minor victims. Jonathon Fleishmann, 36, faces a total of six charges after pleading guilty to home invasion, firearm armed kidnapping, firearm armed assault in a dwelling, assault to rape, assault with a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery.
