Fall River Man Who Murdered Store Owner Sentenced to Life Without Parole
FALL RIVER (WBSM) — A Fall River man was convicted of murdering a convenience store owner and has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Nelson Coelho, 40, was convicted by a jury of first degree murder, armed robbery and carrying an illegal firearm. According to the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office, the jury returned its verdict after seven hours of deliberation over the course of two days.
