I was lucky enough to be there for the guitar smash opening ceremony. People were lined up around the building to get in. The new entertainment complex was an immediate hit.</p><p>During the opening weekend, the building was filled to capacity with the one out then one in policy, that's how busy it was. Every time I've driven by the parking lot has been filled.
