This is totally unacceptable. I understand that the CP is severely understaffed but this is a serious situation. They did not ask for this to happen and it has destroyed their property and trapped this woman' s husband. What if the person who did this was drinking and driving. By 10am, they may not even be able to tell. I believe it's a form of discrimation based on where these people live. Shame on the a city of Cleveland and Cleveland Police.
