These are Section 8 renters from the ‘hood . Everything about them is taxpayer charity. They get discounted rent and pay that rent with freebie welfare money. It is the RESPONSIBILITY of the individual to get an education, and get a job and save money from that job. Everything about the ‘hood is someone else’s responsibility to provide. Look in the mirror, that’s whose responsibility it is !!
