    Allen County Sheriff speaks out on mental health issues in the Allen County Jail following apparent suicide Wednesday

    yes mental health is an issue but when you go to the Allen county jail. part of their trading is to demoralize you as a human there lack of desculating situations, the way they feed you stuck in pods 24/7 not allowed to go to gym have 2 but can't utilize. All these things take a toll

    Sorry, the quality of inmates isn't up to your satisfaction. But you campaigned and won the job. So do your damn job! If they gave you the funds to hire a mental health staff, then you'd whine about something else. Fix the jail you have instead of saddling us with a 30-year tax burden for a country club that you will complain about. Let them go, shoot them, I don't care, but just stop crying about it. Instead of overcrowding, send them to real prison. Are chain gangs still an option? Just do your damn job!
