Soon, Ole Miss' opponents will have this and have their own experience to use to their advantage."It's a huge advantage. (MTSU) is going to have it this week, and the rest of the season, so it's probably neutralized that way. It's a big advantage to be able to talk to the quarterback and see every play. It's a tremendous advantage, but it's also the same for everybody," Kiffin said. "... Sometimes the defense doesn't know how a play broke or fit, and now they get to see it between series, and now coach-to-player and can tell the linebacker things they may know or signals that may have stolen. There's both ways in it."(iPad distraction) is what it is. Advantages and disadvantages. The more you watch, the more you're not seeing the defense and what's going on out there. You just have to multitask."Saturday's game also marked the beginning of Ole Miss dealing with a two-minute warning in an actual game setting. Does this change anything?"Not really. Just an extra timeout. Doesn't change really much," Kiffin said.ADJUSTMENTS FOR MTSUKiffin was quick to point out that the downside of Saturday's lopsided result was basically an NFL preseason scenario where starters make a handful of appearances before basically taking the rest of the game off. Therefore, Ole Miss ramped up the snap counts to counter that issue this week.The Blue Raiders are 1-0 after squeaking by FCS Tennessee Tech 32-25. "We're in the middle of a tough week in practice here. We really didn't have many high play counts from last week's game. We've been practicing really hard and ready for a really good team with Middle Tennessee State coming in here. We've played them before, and they always play really hard. We have our hands full," Kiffin said.Ole Miss has won 22 of their last 24 games in Vaught-Hemingway Stadium, dating back to 2021. A reported 66,105 were in attendance to watch Ole Miss' season-opener, which is the third largest ever recorded in the venue's history."Hopefully we have a really big crowd. After the game, our players said that hopefully the whole game will be like our student section, full, excited, and creating a home field advantage," Kiffin said.Kiffin hinted that the ground game could be a point of emphasis this game after Dart lit up the stat sheet with 445 yards of offense and six touchdowns, much of which coming through the air. Through it all, Kiffin is hoping for a similar focus and mentality that he had from his team last week."The linemen and the front seven are getting bigger here as we go. From week one to week two that we're playing. It's more of a challenge this week for them. We really want to establish the run in this game. We were really pass-oriented as that game went on (Saturday), and we'd really like to establish the run in this game," Kiffin said."(Ole Miss) has only won one game. Now, we just have to go 1-0 this week. That's all that matters. It doesn't matter what happened a year ago or even a week ago. It was a similar margin of a win (last year), put up huge numbers and then went to Tulane and really struggled."</div></body>
