"But I really do like what I have seen so far. We have capable running backs."I just think you have to play them all and you have to have them ready to go. They all have some different elements and we want to find a way to get them the ball."Brohm has gotten them all involved in the first two weeks.In the opener against Austin Peay, freshmen Isaac Brown and Duke Watson scored touchdowns, while Donald Chaney was the lone back to get a carry. In the win over Jacksonville State, Chaney was the first to score for the Cardinals on a 10-yard TD run.Keyjaun Brown then darted 22 yards to score the second TD, followed by Maurice Turner with a 1-yard TD run. Turner, who has started both games, led the Cardinals against Jacksonville State with 12 carries for 60 yards. Isaac Brown didn't score a TD against the Gamecocks but had 76 all-purpose yards. Watson played in the fourth quarter and scored on a 40-yard run, carrying four times for 51 yards in his limited action."They all have different talents and can all bring us different things," Brohm said. "We can do a lot of things with all of them."Louisville finished the day with 36 carries for 233 yards and Brohm said he'll likely continue to play different guys out of the backfield.The Cardinals averaged 6.5 yards a carry and have rushed for 526 yards in two games."Well, we like our core of running backs and we have really from day one," Brohm said. "They are great teammates, they support each other. You never know who you are going to need. Don (Chaney) got a little injured today and came out with a high ankle, the others were able to step in. They have already played and have that experience, so it just makes your team better when you can utilize more guys, keep them fresh, and not get guys beat up."I think the offensive line has been really good to this point as well in the run game and the pass game of opening up holes and providing protection."Keyjuan Brown, who has 14 carries for 116 yards and two TDs in the first two weeks, said it's nice for the backs to stay healthy."It feels great, all of us being able to come in and do our own thing," he said. "We've got our own playing styles, so we've got a lot of rotation to keep us fresh. It feels good."Quarterback Tyler Shough agreed with Brohm on the talent and depth, noting "there's no drop off.""It was a big-time job from that (running back) room and they were stepping up," Shough said. "We knew we were going to get different looks this week and some light boxes were going to kick out and play man. But they were running hard the whole time. It makes it easy on me. When we're getting those checks, the whole room is super proud of those guys."Note: There were actually five players who rushed for a TD after tight end/fullback Duane Martin scored on a 2-yard run. It was the first career TD for Martin, and it was the first time U of L has had five different players rush for a touchdown vs. an FBS opponent since five did it in a 62-0 win at Temple on Sept. 9, 2006.</div></body>
