This lawsuit is the right step to take, and I expected it. Because your spouse is filing for divorce, you don't ask him/her to cough up a CRIPPLING portion of what he/she earned from work while both of you shared the same house. That's inhumane and perhaps unlawful - though some "Jim Crow" documents were signed.Anyone desperately looking for a home or shelter will sign anything. That doesn't necessarily make that contract lawful. All that the "PAC-2 " asked for was temporary shelter, not even a home, because the MWC denied the PAC full representation in the MWC championship race, but the same MWC is now demanding an arm and a leg from the PAC-12, even after getting handsomely/beautifully paid to allow the PAC to play some games in the MWC.With all that said...This lawsuit might be good news for 2 teams along the Atlantic seaboard. They can hardly fail to be happy about this development. Ah, PAC-12... The conference of unconventional thinkers - from students to faculty.
