Wisconsin, meanwhile, improved to 4-2 overall and 2-1 in league play with a 42-7 blowout win at Rutgers.The meeting between the two teams will be the first since the 2021 season opener when Penn State outlasted Wisconsin, 16-10, in a finish that featured interceptions by star safeties <a href="https://247sports.com/Player/jaquan-brisker-93953/">Jaquan Brisker</a> and <a href="https://247sports.com/Player/jiayir-brown-46084802/">Ji'Ayir Brown</a> to seal the game.Penn State leads the overall series, 11-9, and the Nittany Lions have won five straight in the series. Wisconsin's last win came in a 45-7 blowout at Camp Randall Stadium in November 2011. Overall, Penn State has a 5-6 record in Madison, but that mark is 5-4 since the Nittany Lions joined the Big Ten.The matchup will mark the second time this season that Penn State has been featured as NBC's "Big Ten Saturday Night" game featuring play-by-play announcer Noah Eagle, analyst Todd Blackledge and sideline reporter Kathryn Tappen.
