Outten also raced by (and over) defenders on a 68-yard scoring reception that again saw him gain possession behind the line of scrimmage. His other two touchdowns came on runs of 10 yards and one yard. "And how much the coaches are invested into the players to make them better."Outten is the top-rated Penn State commit among four 2025 receiver prospects. "We grade him out as an athlete because you could make the case that his ceiling might be highest as a second-level defender given how he gets to the football and wrangles ball carriers on the ground. But you turn on the tape and he's good at pretty much everything he does. He is a legitimate, throwback utility player at the prep level that doesn't leave the field."Penn State will finalize plans with Outten and other 2025 commits in December during the early signing period.
