Brad Glenn talks UC's receivers
Cincinnati's inability to stretch the field on offense last season left many fans wanting. They wanted to see the satisfaction of a deep ball falling perfectly into the hands of a receiver. CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Sundays were for crying. Not necessarily because they were sad, although they probably were at least a little sad. Nor because they were mad, although anger to some extent probably played a role as well. But mostly, it's because they missed something. The day after games...
ACC Kickoff Commissioner's Forum: Jim Phillips on the state of the ACC
Showing some uncharacteristic passion and even a sense of humor, ACC Commissioner Jim Phillips took the stage to open the 2024 ACC Football Kickoff event. Commissioner Phillips faced a rather rough year since we last saw him in Jul 2023 - enduring the filing of lawsuits by Florida State and Clemson and all of the drama that one would expect to follow, considerable changes in the NIL landscape, and settlement of the antitrust lawsuits Phillips' prepared remarks largely reflected the same items one typically hears - number of championships, academic prowess, league performance, etc. But, there were a few things of note within his remarks.
