they raise taxes and give themselves pay raise and then they spending 12 mil on the project .. I wanna know how when the city is is debt.. the city needs to stop and lower taxes and get back to more affordable living .. start managing money and live with in their means .... we the people are getting tired of spending more money that we dont have ....
