So with MANY food banks deliberately giving people moldy (non)-parishables, this is the WORST idea because that means Nevada is well aware of one of the sicknesses plaguing seniors, vets and the homeless. These tuna cans will be handed out by the end of next year leading into the following year, if not handed out in 2 years' time. Its not about what is stored but HOW it's stored. With the heat locked in the stored rooms, without ANY a/c, any natural air to even seep through, the food starts to ferment and/or rot.
