Mulberry Gap, in the heart of the designated Mountain Bike Capital of Georgia presents their one-day, beginner to intermediate mountain biking class by PMBIA certified mountain bike instructor, Jen Braddock on Sunday, May 12th from 9am to 5pm. It's not just for moms - adult women of all ages are invited along with youth 13 and up.

From Mulberry Gap, "Maybe you avoid a particular trail because it’s just “too hard?” While you may not ride away at the end of the day doing bunnyhops and tail whips, this clinic will provide you with the strength and confidence to make your rides more fun and memorable. This class is geared towards folks who are at least moderately experienced beginner riders through intermediate level riders. The small class format (max 7 participants) allows Coach Jen to provide lots of individual attention to help you with improving your skills, wherever they are at the moment!"

Lunch is provided, although they also offer breakfast and dinner add-ons at their own full-service kitchen.

The resort has a lot more nearby than mountain biking and rentals. "Imagine a cross between a resort, a summer camp, a campground/"glampground," and an outdoor adventure hostel. That's Mulberry Gap! With cabins, campsites, shuttles, day passes, and great meals, we're an excellent base camp for outdoor adventure."

You can make it an extended stay and enjoy off-roading, water sports, wine tours and lots of space for hiking and running.

For an overnight stay choose from camping or RV spots, private cabins, or a shared bunkhouse. There's a ton to do in Ellijay. See our post on 31 sensational things to do for more.
