    FREE Family Days Coming to Zoo Atlanta

    Go wild! Zoo Atlanta is again hosting FREE Family Days for residents of the City of Atlanta and Fulton County.

    If you're a resident of the City of Atlanta or Fulton County, or an employee with the City of Atlanta government or Fulton County government, and you've been wanted to visit Zoo Atlanta, you'll be happy to know that their FREE Family Days are back.

    This year, Family Days will be held on August 10 and 11, 2024.

    Zoo Atlanta is inviting all residents of the City of Atlanta and Fulton County, and employees of the City of Atlanta Government and Fulton County Government, to enjoy FREE admission on Saturday and Sunday, August 10 and 11 at their City of Atlanta and Fulton County Family Days presented by PNC.

    On these two dates, guests who can demonstrate residence in the City of Atlanta or Fulton County or employment in City of Atlanta Government or Fulton County Government will receive free admission for up to two adults and up to four children per party.

    Thanks to the City of Atlanta and AAA Parking, parking in the Cherokee Avenue parking lot and Grant Park Gateway parking facility on Boulevard will also be available free of charge on Saturday and Sunday, August 10 and 11, 2024.

    Timed reservations are not required for these events, and eligible guests will be admitted on a walk-up, first-come, first-served basis.

    The recognized forms of identification that will get you free entry during Family Days include:

    • City of Atlanta or Fulton County residents: Recognized forms of ID include...
      • a Georgia driver’s license;
      • State of Georgia-issued voter identification; or
      • Water, gas or light utility bill demonstrating residence in the City of Atlanta or Fulton County.
    • For employees of City of Atlanta Government or Fulton County Government: Recognized forms of ID include...
      • a City of Atlanta employee identification card
      • or Fulton County Government employee identification card.

    Please note that these free Family Days are usually extremely well-attended, so you should expect a lot of people on these days. Arriving early is key! For more information about Family Days, click HERE.
