    Six Flags Over Georgia will be hosting Fright Fest for the 30th year on select nights from September 14 - November 3. This year’s spine-tingling event features a terrifying roster of 15 haunted attractions, including premium haunted mazes inspired by legendary horror brands such as Lionsgate and Twisted Pictures’ SAW and Netflix’s Stranger Things.

    Details of the new haunted experiences coming to Six Flags Over Georgia Fright Fest this year include:

    • The SAW Franchise – Celebrate the 20th anniversary of SAW with an all-new experience honoring the franchise’s legacy of terror by plunging guests into the depths of Jigsaw’s twisted mind. Guests will endure torturous trials and come face to face with some of John Kramer’s most diabolical contraptions before time runs out;
    • Stranger ThingsThe students of Hawkins High decide to team up to create a little innocent Halloween fun for their community – but things quickly turn upside down and morph into something far darker;
    • Camp Slasher: Set in the eerie confines of Camp Rainburn—a deceptively idyllic summer camp—Camp Slasher is not just a maze; it’s a full-blown 80s slasher experience that will push fear to its limits. This guest-favorite haunted maze has been brought back and reimagined for the park’s milestone year;
    • Crimson Vein: Experience a harrowing descent into a post-apocalyptic nightmare, where the world as you know it has been irrevocably shattered. In this forsaken future, the ravages of nuclear war have left the earth a desolate wasteland ruled by a group of feral, radiation-plagued vampires, driven by an insatiable thirst for human blood; and
    • Promenade Theater: The magic of cinema meets the terror of Fright Fest with an eerie showcase of the nightmarish spectacles that await further in the park. Yet, the most frightful feature of this scare zone is its homage to the most unforgettable scares from Fright Fest past.

    In addition to these new haunts, Fright Fest at Six Flags Over Georgia will feature 10 returning guest favorite shows, scare zones, and premium mazes, including Nyctophobia, a sensory deprivation maze that immerses guests in total darkness, and Dr. Fright’s Dead Man’s Party, which also celebrates its 30th anniversary this year.

    Fright Fest at Six Flags Over Georgia is open for an expanded 23 select nights starting September 14 through November 3. In addition to Fright Fest, the park will also be hosting its family-friendly daytime fall festival, Kids Boo Fest, and an Oktoberfest food and beverage festival, on weekends, September 14 through November 3.
