All community leaders should have been doing this a long time ago. These kinds of property bring the whole community's down and it's not fair to the ones that are, trying to keep their property up, maybe they live on the block are maybe next door to one of these houses it's shame ful for them and the others in the neighborhood 😑

The only bill I would send is for tearing some of them down!! The man with the building he can't complete because of paperwork needs to pay someone to do it. If he can renovate a building he can find someone to do the paperwork. No excuses.
