    Go on a culinary journey with Cru Catering's Summer Private Dinner Series

    Cru Catering has launched its

    Summer Private Dinner Series ,and we’ve got the details .


    Each multi-course dinner is curated by Cru’s Executive Chef and owner, John Zucker , along with VP of Culinary Operations Todd Annis and Executive Chef Alicia Smith. The meals are paired with wine + spirits by Cru’s beverage director.




    Tickets are all-inclusive and $180 per person. Larger groups are welcome, but this experience is limited to 20 guests each night.



    All events start at 6 p.m. and are hosted at 1784 Harmon St. in North Charleston — and hurry, they tend to sell out.



    Here’s the rest of the lineup:



    Tour of Italy | Friday, July 26 + Saturday, July 27

    The chefs will share their Italian culinary adventures in the form of seven courses with regional Italian wine.



    Sabor + Spirits: A Tequila Tour | Friday, Aug. 9 + Saturday, Aug. 10

    This dinner features South American street fare and a tequila tasting with nine varieties.



    Interactive Stations | Friday, Aug. 16 + Saturday, Aug. 17


    This weekend, eight chefs will be at interactive stations.

    Bourbon, Bourbon, Bourbon | Friday, Aug. 23 + Saturday, Aug. 24

    These two nights, the food and beverage will be dedicated to all things grain and mash.

    Summer’s Grand Finale | Friday, Aug. 30 + Saturday, Aug. 31

    Attendees can embrace the changing of the season by saying farewell to summer and welcoming the flavors of fall.
