Fall festivals happening in and around Lexington

Oktoberfest , Christ the King | Friday, Sept. 20-Saturday, Sept. 21

Harvest Festival , Shaker Village | Friday, Sept. 28-Saturday, Sept. 29
Venture down the road to Harrodsburg for a day of history and family fun. Here, you and the kids can experience live apple pressing, hayrides, pumpkin painting, shopping, and meeting the farm animals.

Thriller Halloween Parade , Downtown Lexington | Sunday, Oct. 20
Your body will start to shiver as you head downtown for this scary, yet family-friendly event where zombies take the streets for a dance performance of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller.”
