NYC Pauses To Mark 9/11 Anniversary

Wednesday marks 23 years since the 9/11 attacks.

Family members of the nearly 3,000 people killed that day will gather in Lower Manhattan at the World Trade Center site for the moments of silence and the reading of the names. President Biden and Vice President Harris are expected to join other dignitaries in attending the ceremony.
