LAS VEGAS ( KLAS ) — Closures continue next week on southbound Interstate 15 and Dean Martin Drive as work on the Tropicana Avenue interchange moves forward.

The Nevada Department of Transportation reports three lanes will be open on southbound I-15 from Harmon Avenue to Tropicana Avenue from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Sept. 15-16.

Work on Dean Martin Drive will mean changing conditions next week and beyond. For the short term:

    • Dean Martin northbound at Sunset Road will be reduced to one lane nightly (9 p.m.-5 a.m.) on Sept. 15-17.
    • Dean Martin southbound at Sunset will have two lanes open nightly (9 p.m.-5 a.m.) on Sept. 15-17.

Beginning Thursday, Sept. 19, Dean Martin will be reduced to one lane in both directions from Ali Baba Lane to Tropicana.

NDOT is planning a number of full closures on Interstate 15 in the coming weeks:

    • I-15 northbound from Russell Road to Tropicana will be closed Tuesday, Sept. 24, from 9 p.m.-5 a.m.
    • I-15 southbound from Flamingo Road to I-215 Thursday, Sept. 26, from 9 p.m.-5 a.m.

    • I-15 southbound from Hacienda to I-215 will be closed beginning on Friday, Oct. 4, at 9 p.m. through Monday, Oct. 7, at 5 a.m.
