1 hospitalized in Henderson crash involving bicyclist

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A person was hospitalized after a crash involving a bicyclist in Henderson.

On Monday around 5:10 p.m., Henderson police and fire crews responded to the intersection of Horizon Ridge Parkway and Seven Hills Drive after a report of a crash involving a bicyclist.

One person was taken to a local hospital with unknown injuries, police said.

Police said the surrounding streets were expected to be shut down for an extended period.

It is unknown if impairment or speed were factors in the crash at this time. This is an ongoing investigation, stay with 8 News Now for updates.
