LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Eleven members of the Las Vegas chapter of The Dirty Ones motorcycle club face racketeering charges as part of a wider investigation into a shooting and the sale of cocaine, the 8 News Now Investigators have learned.

The motorcycle gang’s Las Vegas chapter, called the Lone Mountain Chapter, is headquartered in North Las Vegas, prosecutors said. A Clark County grand jury indicted the 11 members, including the club’s leader, on Friday.

“They are the outlaws,” a detective investigating the case told a grand jury. “They’re the ones that go against the grain and they’re the ones that go against society.”

On June 24, 2023, several club members allegedly fired at a man in a car outside of the clubhouse. The victim, who was not hit by the gunfire, previously lent a woman his car, documents said. The man told her he did not want her driving with other men. On the day of the shooting, the man saw the woman driving with two male passengers, including one Dirty Ones member. The man told the woman to pull over when she reportedly rammed the side of his car.

The man then followed the woman to the motorcycle gang’s clubhouse when the shooting happened, police said. The man told police a group of bikers surrounded him and he sped away. The bikers then allegedly fired at the car as he drove off. At least one bullet impacted the vehicle, police said.

After the shooting, several gang members removed casings and firearms from the area, documents said. One witness told police “numerous Dirty Ones members ‘were all shooting at the [expletive] car and not one of them stopped it.’” Another witness referred to the shooting as a “fireworks show.”

In addition, several club members are accused of trafficking and selling cocaine, documents said.

James Brooks faces charges of conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murder and racketeering. Prosecutors said he lives in Tucson, Arizona. If arrested, Brooks would be held on $300,000 bail.

Ethan Cintron faces charges of conspiracy to commit murder and racketeering, records said. Prosecutors said Cintron left Nevada for Pennsylvania and was wanted on $20,000 bail.

Nelson Cintron faces charges of conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murder and racketeering. Prosecutors identified him as the leader of the gang and said he left Nevada for Pennsylvania. Should police arrest him, Cintron would be held on $300,000 bail, a judge ordered.

Anthony Cooper faces charges including destroying evidence, sale of a controlled substance and racketeering. A judge previously released him with electronic monitoring in a justice court case.

Casey Dunne faces charges of destroying evidence, sale of a controlled substance and racketeering. A judge previously released him with electronic monitoring in a justice court case.

Christopher Ferguson faces charges of conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murder and racketeering. Prosecutors said Ferguson lives in Reno and would be held on $300,000 upon his arrest.

Shaun Long faces charges of conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murder and racketeering. Long lives in California and would be held on $300,000 upon his arrest, prosecutors said.

David Judd faces charges including conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murder and racketeering, documents said. A judge previously released him with electronic monitoring in a justice court case.

Dave Neubert faces charges of destroying evidence and racketeering. He will be held on $20,000 bail upon his arrest.
