Raiders trade wide receiver Davante Adams to the Jets

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The NFL announced Tuesday morning that Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams was traded to the New York Jets. As compensation, the Raiders will receive a conditional third-round pick that can become a second-round pick.

The trade is pending on a physical for Adams, 31, who suffered a hamstring injury on Sept. 26 and has not returned to the field since then.

Rumors started swirling last month about a possible trade after Adams reportedly told the team he wanted out of Las Vegas.
